Scope of WebHaus Search 

WebHaus Search allows you to search the entire WebHaus.com web site. The WebHaus website offers a wide range of information related to WebHaus' products and services; technical support; sales and marketing information; etc.

Please note: WebHaus search only searched the webhaus.com website and not the entire web. If you want to search the web, WebHaus suggests www.yahoo.com and www.altavista.com.

Submitting a Search

Basic Instructions 

Type your search (phrase, keywords etc.) into the textbox.

Exact Phrase Searches 

By enclosing your search criteria in quotes ("), WebHaus Search looks for the Exact Phrase you type into the search box. Search will return results that contain at least one occurrence of the exact string of words you entered in the exact order you entered them, EXCEPT in some cases common words like a, and, the, etc. Fortunately, Search is not case sensitive under any circumstances, nor is it affected by punctuation in exact phrase searches.

Advanced Boolean Searches 

Boolean searching is used mostly by advanced searchers with specific information needs. WebHaus Search supports the standard Boolean operators and syntax: And (and, &); Or (or, |); Not (and not, &!); and related precedence operators such as (), "", etc. 
Search is not case sensitive: you can type your query in uppercase or lowercase.

You may search for any word except for those in the exception list (for English, this includes a, an, and, as, and other common words). Words in the exception list are ignored during a search. (Words in the exception list are treated as placeholders in Exact Phrase searches.)

Punctuation marks such as the period (.), colon (:), semicolon (;), and comma (,) are ignored during a search.
To use specially-treated characters ( (&), (|), (^), (#), (@), ($), ((), ()) ) in a query, enclose your query in quotes (").
