CANCELLATION POLICY:
WEBHAUS customers
may terminate this Agreement by
giving WEBHAUS at least thirty
(30) days prior written notice,
and are not obligated to pay
equipment costs or amounts
remaining in the Initial Term.
In order to terminate early,
Customer's primary contact
person on the account should
notify WEBHAUS of such request to
do so. In the case of credit
card orders, all termination
requests should be signed by
Customer's primary contact
person on the account who must
provide the last four digits of
the credit card on file with
WEBHAUS . However, WEBHAUS shall not
be liable for unauthorized
termination of an account.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS:
Cancellation requests must be
submitted in writing by a valid
contact* on your account.
Cancellations are effective the
end of your current billing
period. Therefore, if you cancel
immediately after receiving a
bill, you are still required to
pay that bill (due to the fact
that any resource fees on that
bill are for the preceding
month, and the monthly charge is
required for the month during
which you cancel).
*(Valid contacts are
only those listed on the account
or those having Power of
Attorney. Generally the default
contact is the person signing
the service agreement or
verbally requesting the service.
For dedicated accounts where a
contract is involved, we require
written notification of
cancellation from a valid
contact within that
organization. We can cancel an
account for a person having a
Letter of Authorization or Power
of Attorney as an agent or
consultant for a client's
organization. Depending upon the
terms of the agreement, a prior
notification period may be
required.)
